Provider reviews your case
A licensed, board-certified provider reviews your intake within 24 hours. They may ask follow-up questions before issuing a prescription or treatment plan.

Prescription filled & shipped
Your prescription is sent to one of our licensed pharmacy partners. Your medication arrives in discreet packaging, typically within 3–5 business days.

Ongoing care
Check in with your provider as needed. Refills are easy — just renew through your patient portal without repeating the full intake.
